キャラメルチョコチップパン

カフェオレパンの生地に初めて購入した　キャラメルチョコチップ　を入れましたピカピカ

一次発酵後に投入したんですが・・・溶けてマーブル模様～＾＾；

いつもふつうのチョコチップだと結構形が残るんですが、

キャラメルチョコチップは溶けやすいのかもしれません（泣）

・・でも、すご～くいい香り～　ヾ(´ー｀ )ノ幸せピカピカ

キャラメルチョコチップパンのレシピ・・・

強力粉　２６０ｇ
牛乳　１００ｇ
インスタントコーヒー（濃い目）　７０ｇ
砂糖　１６ｇ
塩　３ｇ
ドライイースト　３ｇ
バター　１５ｇ
キャラメルチョコチップ　３０ｇ

チョコチップは具入れコールのときではなく一次発酵後に入れてみました。

こんにちは！！
たまらないですよね、この香り！！私もチョコチップが溶けた状態で仕上がりました。子供がコーヒーが苦手なので、生地にはコーヒーの代わりにキャラメルパウダー２０ｇを入れました。焼き上がりのときの幸せな気分、本当に、最高ですよね！！

ほんとにこの香りは・・・やばい(￣￢￣)
溶けててもちゃんとキャラメルの甘さがしました♪

＞コーヒーの代わりにキャラメルパウダー・・
ちょうどキャラメルパウダーがうちにも！！
キャラメルポップコーンを作ろうと思って、買ってあったんです♡
真似してみますね(⌒∇⌒)

久しぶりにきてみたら、おっと、更新ストップになってるではなりませんか。

これまで、いろいろと参考にさせていただきました。ありがとうございました。

私も、あまりブログの更新をすることは少なくなりましたし、パン焼きも1ヶ月に一回できるかどうかになってしまいましたが、これからも、楽しいパン作りができたらいいなー　と思ってます。

また時間ができたら、ブログに遊びにきてくださいね。
